How NTN Works
National Testing Network performs recruitment and testing services from collecting background information and scheduling to actual test administration in just a few simple steps.
List Your Department
Participating departments are given information to post on their website and use during recruitment to guide candidates to the NTN website to complete applications and schedule testing. National Testing Network will post all relevant job information on the NTN website. This information will be used as the job description and may include department information, job and benefits information, minimum qualifications and/or anything else the department would like to add.

Candidates Choose Departments
Through recruitment and advertising by NTN and its clients, applicants are guided to the NTN website and our client's job listings. Within the website, candidates choose departments to submit background information and test scores. Candidates certify they meet the minimum qualifications of those agencies and begin the application process. Through the process candidates establish an account with NTN where they can view their scores and update application and contact information. During the application stage, candidates can schedule a test session by choosing a convenient test time and location. Once scheduled, candidates get web and email confirmation of their test times and location. NTN provide applicants with a toll free number to ask further questions, get directions, access technical support or to contact NTN.
Written/Video Testing at NTN
Professional NTN testing centers are specifically designed for testing and staffed with a full complement of proctors. NTN uses nationally known, award winning video simulation tests. The tests are professionally validated and offer total scores and dimensional scores for further insight into candidate performance.
