Seattle CPAT Voucher Instructions
The Seattle Fire Department is conducting CPAT through National Testing Network.
Your CPAT voucher has credit for 2 CPAT Orientations, 2 CPAT Practice Tests and 1 CPAT.
You can schedule additional practice tests for $35 each.
Seattle CPAT Scheduling Criteria:
Orientations and CPAT Practices must be scheduled from
February 1st, 2010 to February 27th, 2010
CPAT must be scheduled from
March 1st, 2010 to March 31st, 2010
If you choose not to participate in the mandatory/required two orientations and/or two practice tests you will be
required to sign a waiver that these options were made available to you.
Testing times may fill up fast.
Testing times are scheduled based on those who sign up first, so it is best to sign up early.
If preferred dates are not available, you must choose a different date.
Candidates can reschedule or cancel their event up to two weeks prior to their scheduled date.
During the two weeks prior to the scheduled session, the date or time cannot be changed.
If you miss the event, the voucher credit will be forfeited.
