Current Washington State Paramedic Certification with 2 years of experience and up-to-date on all recertification requirements at time of application.Current CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test) Passing Score.
1 or more traffic crime convictions in last 3 years: DUI, Suspended License or Reckless driving.
