The Wilmington Fire Department is currently hiring for Firefighter/Paramedic/EMTs! All candidates must complete a department application, located here. Salary Information: Per Collective Bargaining Agreement: Entry Level compensation begins at $47,145.28/$49,145.48/$52,241.28 commensurate with certifications, plus shift differential, holiday pay, and overtime; lateral transfers are accepted and pay rate determined by completed years of full-time service prior to hire, up to $69,363.84.
