Job Classification: Firefighter EMT or Firefighter Paramedic

The San Carlos Park Fire District is currently building an ongoing eligibility list for Firefighter EMT/Paramedic! This position requires FireTEAM testing and a valid NTN CPAT.

Starting Salary Information:

Firefighter/EMT: $55,968.00
Firefighter/Paramedic: $60,015.68 *$67,324.80 after 12 months and credentailing

Current State of Florida Firefighter Certificate of Compliance
State of Florida EMT or Paramedic license
Possess a current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Emergency Vehicle Operation Course (EVOC) training preferred
CPAT physical agility and written test scores required

Hiring Process:
Background investigation will be conducted, including FDLE fingerprinting, driver’s license check, psychological & physical examinations w/drug screening.
