Yearly Salary Information: $67,475 - $90,438
Additional generous incentive pays available:
Associates/Intermediate DPSST 2% of base wage
Bachelor/Advanced DPSST 4% of base wage
Bi-lingual (Spanish) Differential 7% of base wage
FTO 5% of base wage
Lead Officer 2.5% of base wage
Benefit Information: An attractive benefit package is provided, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. The City pays 90% of the insurance premium for the employee and dependents. The City makes a monthly contribution to an employee's Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). This is a PERS position with the 6% employee share paid by the City. The City also offers a 457 deferred compensation plan (employee funded). Employees receive paid vacation and sick leave as well as paid holidays, depending on work schedule.
