Salary Information: $57,554.00 - $82,909.00 Annually, Top pay after 7 years.

Necessary Certifications:
Possess a valid Power Test card valid within one year of the oral interview. POWER Test Cards issued by NIPSTA, Triton College or Joliet Junior College will be accepted.

Hiring Process:
Written exam, oral interview, polygraph, background investigation. Subject to medical, drug, psychological, and Academy Power Test at time of conditional offer of employment.

Equipment:
All equipment, uniforms, body armor, are provided by the department.
