Position Title: Public Safety Telecommunicator

MACECOM 911 is seeking to establish an eligibility list for the position of Public Safety Telecommunicator!

All candidates must take the ECOMM National exam through National Testing Network to be considered further in the hiring process. Candidates must also complete a department application to be considered for this round of hiring. The application can be found here.

The department requires the following to be considered for this position:

Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ)
Public Safety Self Assessments (PSSA)
Typing Test
ECOMM Computer Simulations exam

Salary Information: $4,067- $5,332 Monthly

Hiring Process:

Schedule:
Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and widely varying hours
