Position Title: Entry Level Police Officer
The Vernon Hills Police Department is now hiring for Police Officer! All candidates must take the FrontLine National Exam through National Testing Network prior to the application deadline. All applicants must complete the NTN Personal History Questionnaire and submit required documents to include physical agility test card dated no earlier than six months prior to application, birth certificate, high school diploma, and college transcripts.
Salary:ENTRY LEVEL starting salary: $89,113
Applications and test results will be accepted until a suitable pool of applicants is attained or 01/29/26 - whichever comes first. Candidates must complete all testing and submit all required documentation prior to 01/29/26. Incomplete applications or applications received after 01/29/26 will not be accepted.
