Position Title: Full-Time Patrol Officer
The Seven Hills Police Department is currently hiring for the position of Full-Time Patrol Officer with 3-4 open positions. All candidates must complete the FrontLine National exam through National Testing Network. Applications are being accepted continually through October 31, 2025 or until hiring goals are met, in accordance with Civil Service rules.
All candidates must complete the Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ) located in your candidate profile of National Testing Network.
All candidates are required to upload a copy of their High School Diploma, a copy of their valid Driver's License, and all supporting documentation to be eligible for consideration.
Salary Information: 2025 Starting Salary $71,541.39; earn up to $79,319.15 in 1st year
2025 Top Salary $87,387.50; earn up to $98,467.34 in 4th year

Applicants must be in good physical and mental health and have good moral and financial character. Applicants must pass the written test (score of 70% or higher) and provide proof of successful completion of the Tri-C agility test prior to appointment. The physical agility test is administered by the Police Training Academy at Tri-C Western Campus, Parma, Ohio. Fees for the agility test are at the participant's expense.Additional Credit:Applicants who desire to secure additional credit can have up to a maximum of 20% of their passing test score added to their test total.
