Position Title: DISPATCHER - ENTRY LEVEL
The City of Fountain Valley is building an eligibility list for the position of Entry Level Dispatcher. Candidates are required to complete NTN's ECOMM National Exam, Ecomm National Computer Simulation and a Department Application to be considered for the position. All applicants must have taken the NTN's ECOMM National Exam and Simulation test though the National Testing Network within 12 months of application date. Candidates can waive the NTN ECOMM if completed their P.O.S.T. Entry Level Dispatcher test within 12 months of application date and scored a minumum T-Score of 45.
The City of Fountain Valley is currently accepting applications for Entry Level Dispatcher. All applicants must complete and submit an employment application by visiting the City’s website at www.fountainvalley.org. All required certifications/licenses MUST be submitted with the completed employment application; otherwise application will be considered incomplete.

NTN scores are considered valid with the City of Fountain Valley if obtained within 12 months of the application date. Candidates who have successfully completed their P.O.S.T. Dispatcher exam within the last year (12 months) are required to attach their exam scores along with their application in order to waive the NTN Ecomm exam.
