Position Title: Police Officer
Salary Information: $50,439 to $64,274
Benefit Information: Salary $50,439 up to $64,274 annually, The City pays, 90% of premiums on dental, medical, and vision, Oregon PERS/OPSRP retirement plan, Employees earn 2 to 6 wks vacation, 12 days sick leave annually. 2.5% intermediate and 5% advance certification.

Job Requirements
Age: 21 US Citizen: Yes High School Grad/GED: Yes Valid Driver's License: Yes Ability to Read/Speak English: Yes Vision: Corrected vision must be at least 20/20 in each eye.
College: Not required
Academy Certification: Does not need to be a certified Officer to apply.
Prior Experience: No prior experience required
Necessary Certifications: Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation.
Additional Requirements: We have an 11 bed jail and Officers also hold Corrections certifications. Officers will become dual certified.
