This is a non certified detentions role with no direct inmate contact. This position works in control towers and control booths of our detention facility maintaining staff and inmate safety, and inmate accountability.

Ability to type 25wpm with accuracy
Knowledge of computer systems (MS Office Suite)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to communicate effectively (Written and oral)
Ability to maintain level of confidentiality
Ability interact effectively with diverse groups/individuals
Reasonable and predictable attendance
