The Springdale Police Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of POLICE OFFICER. Candidates must undergo a hiring process which includes an online examination (NTN's Frontline National exam), physical fitness test (LEPAT), Panel interview, background check, Command Staff Interview, polygraph exam, psychological evaluation, and medical examination/drug screen.

Salary Information:

Police Officer $53,087-$75,134
Lateral Transfer $53,087-$62,430

Holiday Pay: Up to 96 hours depending on hire date
