Job Classification: Corrections Officer
The Miami County Sheriff's Office is currently building an ongoing eligibility list for Corrections Officer.
The department requires the candidate PHQ. You can access the questionnaire through your candidate account. The PHQ must be completed by the time we receive your test results or you may not be considered further in the process.

Salary Information: Starting pay is between $24.67 an hour and $28.25 an hour depending on experience. (Top pay is attained through step increases at year 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 based on the current labor agreement).
Top pay after five years is currently $28.25 an hour based on the current labor agreement.
