City of Urbana Police Department is currently building an ongoing eligibility list for Entry-Level Police Officer. Candidates must fill out an application with both NTN and the City of Urbana. Applications must be completed at: www.urbanacareers.org.
The City of Urbana, Illinois is now offering the following incentives for all new, Entry-level Police Officers who begin employment between February 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025.
· A bonus of $5,000 on your first paycheck!
· A second bonus of $5,000 upon successful completion of probation
Salary Information: Starting pay range: $72,860.30 - $75,020.04Additional compensation includes longevity pay and specialty pay for training.
