The West Chester Township Police Department is hiring for the position of full-time Police Officer.

Salary Information: Starting October 1, 2024 - Step 1: $73,710.13 to Step 6: $95,326.76, with an excellent benefit package
Above salary figures represent base pay for patrol officer. Paid benefits such as longevity, shift differential, holiday pay, overtime, etc. is not included and should be considered for comparison purposes. The current labor agreement expires September 30, 2025.
Lateral hiring is welcomed. Experienced lateral transfers: Starting between Step 3 - $82,356.77 and Step 6 - $95,326.76 depending on qualifications. Prior experience may be considered for waiving of the physical agility testing.
BOTH application and written exam scores MUST be submitted prior to being invited to the Physical Agility Test.
